Account Settings
The Account Settings section in TariffBase allows users to manage their account information, subscription details, and billing settings efficiently. This section is designed to provide users with control over their personal information and subscription preferences.
1. Managing Account Details
To manage your account details:
- Navigate to the Account Settings section in your dashboard.
- Under Account Details, you will find:
- Email: Displays your registered email address. This is used for communication, password recovery, and account verification.
- Name (optional): Displays your registered name if provided.
- To update your name:
- Click the Edit button.
- Enter your updated name in the provided field.
- Save the changes to confirm.
Note: The email field cannot be edited directly. For email changes, please contact support@tariffbase.io for assistance.
2. Managing Subscription Details
Your current subscription plan and its status are displayed in the Subscription section.
- The active plan is marked with a green Active label.
- The next renewal date is clearly displayed to help you manage your subscription timeline.
Subscription Management Options:
- Change Plan: Click this button to explore other available plans and switch to a different one.
- Cancel Subscription: Click this button if you wish to cancel your subscription. Confirm the cancellation prompt to complete the process.
3. Managing Billing Information
To manage your billing information:
- Click the Manage Billing button. This will redirect you to a secure billing management portal where you can:
- Update your payment method
- View your billing history
- Download invoices
4. Important Notes
- Your current subscription plan will be marked and disabled for re-selection.
- If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
By using the Account Settings section effectively, you can ensure your information is up to date and your subscription is managed according to your preferences.
