How do I subscribe to a plan?

Subscribing is simple. Go to our Plans & Pricing page, choose your preferred plan, and follow the checkout instructions. Payments are securely processed by Stripe, ensuring your financial information is protected.

Can I switch or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings.

Upgrades: Immediate effect with prorated charges applied.
Downgrades: Takes effect at the end of your billing period; you'll continue enjoying your current plan's benefits until then.
Cancellations: Cancelling stops automatic renewals; your plan remains active until the billing cycle ends.

Is there a Free Trial available?

Yes, we offer a 10-day Free Trial for new users. During this period, you can explore our platform's core features. After the trial ends, you can upgrade to a paid plan to continue access.

Are yearly subscriptions available?

Yes, you can save up to 20 percent by selecting the Annual Billing option during checkout. The toggle switch on the Plans & Pricing page allows you to switch between monthly and annual billing options.

What happens if I switch plans in the middle of my billing cycle?

If you switch plans, Stripe automatically applies prorated credits for any unused portion of your current plan toward the new plan. This ensures you only pay for the services you use.
